Name: Hillary Rea
Age: 26
Job: Arden Professional Apprentice (Arden Theatre Company)
Pelly bag, Dimone Rainforest
Tell us about yourself.
I am a singer, Mummer, writer, tap dancer, and pop culture enthusiast who grew up in Philadelphia. I moved to New York City for college, lived in Williamsburg and Greenpoint and worked in Times Square for a couple of years. Last year I taught English in Japan before returning to my hometown to continue my career in theatre!
What do you use your TRKFLD bag for?
I use my Pelly bag every day that I have to go to work at Arden Theatre Company in Old City, usually six days a week! Not only do I love the structure and style of the bag, but it is named after one of my close friends Jeff Pelly. This was one of the reasons I chose this particular bag!
On a typical day this bag holds everything I need to survive my apprenticeship: my Arden nametag, work gloves, tools, a pencil case, a script, my schedule, power bars, my ipod, my humongous keychain and sometimes a change of clothes!

Tell us about your commute:
I ride my bike to work every day from Rittenhouse to Old City and the Pelly is a great shoulder bag for biking! The Pelly never slides around while riding — even on super bumpy Pine Street which is what I have to take all the way down to the theater!
How does your bag differ from other bags you’ve owned?
The Sunbrella material is weather proof which is so rad! Also, I’ve had this bag since August and it still looks new!!! Plus this bag has sentimental value because I love Bryan and Thi and am so proud that they started their own bag company!
What do people say about your bag when you wear it?
I get lots of compliments about this bag! I seriously talk about TRKFLD all the time!!! I always direct people to the website. My mom also really loves TRKFLD but hasn’t bought a bag yet!!
What color would you like to see more of at TRKFLD?
I would be into a hot pink and/or charcoal grey bag! I am very much into the Sunbrella patterns and like bright colors!
If you could buy any TRKFLD bag you wanted which other bag would you choose?
I would get the Lola! I have to use tools like a crescent wrench and tape measure on certains days during my apprenticeship and it would be nice to have a place that I can store them while working on set pieces or helping out with lights! Plus Lauren Fields designed it!
A Year With Frog And Toad is now playing at the Arden Theater until April 19th, click here for more info.
